INGREDIENTS
Noodles () - 150 gm (boiled)
Onion (प्याज) – 1 large (sliced)
Carrot ( गाजर) – 1 small
Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी) - 1 cup
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च.) - 1 medium sliced
Red Capsicum ( लाल शिमला मिर्च.) - 1 small sliced
Yellow Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च.) - 1 small sliced
Garlic (लहसुन) - 4-5 sliced
Salt (नमक) - 3 tbsp or as per taste
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2 to 3
Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर कैचअप ) - 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) - 2 tbsp
Vinegar (सिरका) - 2 tbsp
Red Chili Sauce ( लाल चिल्ली सास) - 1 tbsp
Green Chili Sauce ( लाल चिल्ली सास) - 1 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - 2 tbsp or as per taste
OIL (तेल) - 4 tbsp
